Bonorong is best. The Cadbury Factory no longer conducts factory tours. There’s an interpretation centre and pay-to-enter shop. When the cost of entry is taken into consideration, the chocolate prices are probably better at Coles and Woolworths.

Why did Hobart zoo close?
Closure. The Zoo was closed in 1937 due to severe financial problems. The site was acquired by the Royal Australian Navy and converted into a fuel storage depot for the nearby HMAS Huon shore base. The Navy used the site from 1943 until 1991, when it reverted to the Hobart City Council and was used as a storage depot.

Hi Lulu516, we have a cafe at Zoodoo which stocks fresh sandwiches, wraps and hot pies which we purchase daily from our local bakeries. We also sell confectionry like chocolates and lollies, as well as various packets of chips.
Can I bring my own food into Zoodoo?
We have 3 barbeque areas located throughout Zoodoo which are accessable to all of our visitors, for just $3 for gas, so you are more than welcome to bring along your own food.
