Is Sphero 2.0 still supported?
The Sphero Edu software is available on many common devices through the use of our apps on iOS, macOS, Android, Chrome OS, Windows, and Amazon Fire OS.
How do you use the Sphero 2?
Pairing Sphero with a Device
- Remove Sphero from the Induction Charger.
- Shake Sphero awake.
- Access iOS Bluetooth settings.
- Wait for the device to detect Sphero.
- When your Sphero is detected, select it for pairing.
- Once your Sphero is paired and glowing white, connect to it with one of the supported Sphero apps.
How do I know when Sphero 2.0 is charged?
While Sphero is charging, the blue light on the front of the cradle will flash slowly, and once Sphero is charged the light will glow a solid blue. Charging usually takes between 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on how depleted the battery is.
Why is my Sphero not connecting?
To resolve this issue, make sure that all Bluetooth devices you could use to connect to Sphero (smartphones, tablets, iPods, etc.) within 50 feet are turned off or have Bluetooth turned off. Place Sphero in the charger and hit the button on the side of the charger, this should hard reset Sphero.
What app do I use for Sphero r2d2?

Can you leave Sphero on charger?

What does it mean when my Sphero blinks red?
Your Sphero app-enabled robot may blink a red light sequence after being removed from the charging cradle after a full charge. A quick red flash indicates that firmware of your Sphero app-enabled robot needs to be updated.
Why is my Sphero flashing blue?
The blinking blue charger lights indicate Sphero SPRK+ is charging. Charge for three hours or until the blue charger light stops blinking and turns solid blue. Leaving Sphero SPRK+ on the charger does not decrease battery life. It will sleep automatically while charging if not connected to a device.
